I’ve dedicated my career to supporting the rights of citizens worldwide to access unbiased news and information and to enjoy unfettered freedom of expression. Currently, as founder and president of Sherman Media Group, LLC, I advise international clients on the design and development of broadcast and digital media in restrictive environments. Previously, I served as a senior executive responsible for strategy, research, and business development at the US Broadcasting Board of Governors (now US Agency for Global Media), parent organization of the Voice of America, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Radio Free Asia, and other government-supported international media.
