As neighbors, we already collaborate in many ways, from maintaining local parks to organizing block parties to advocating for new city policies. But my recent community experience has shown me the further possibilities.

Collaborative Community is my idea of enhanced inclusion and cohesion in our neighborhood. It’s about getting to know one another more broadly, forming new relationships, discerning our interests and passions, tapping our talents, and acting together to advance our shared interests.

I believe an ANC Commissioner has the authority and opportunity to make this kind of community happen. It’s what I will do if elected – working with all who are already engaged to build even greater connectedness among our neighbors
