At issue: shifting from low to medium density mixed-use development, including the possibility for up to ten-story buildings, from Livingston St to the Circle. May 15, 6-8PM: ANC 3/4G special meeting on public safety with MPD (Metropolitan Police Department), Second District Commander John Branch and Elizabeth A. Wieser, Deputy Attorney General for the Public Safety Division, DC Office of the Attorney General. At issue: MPD/city efforts to address the recent spate of crimes in the neighborhood.
